BEGINNERS COOKING

If you are a total newcomer to cooking and don’t know your spoon from your spatula, then this is the course for you! This intensive course runs for 8 consecutive weeks on the same day every week 4 – 4 ½ hours. The course has a hands-on approach with a maximum of 12 students per class, thus giving each student the opportunity to ask questions, as well as receive the individual attention they may need.Each student will be given notes and a full set of recipes at each lesson to take home. This course is aimed at building on the skills that your housekeeper has acquired during the previous course. Classes are more specific and recipes more involved.

ADVANCED COOKING
